Winky is the Founder and Chairman of Mindcor, having established the organisation in 1998. Winky has been responsible for continuously driving the business and ensuring that we deliver solutions and services of the highest quality to our clients. His philosophy of “Extraordinary Business Performance Through People” resonates throughout Mindcor, and motivates the high quality of work that we pursue on a daily basis. His responsibilities are further extended to those of a member of the Board of Directors, which he is able to successfully balance with his role as the Chairman by utilising the same leadership capabilities at have equipped him with the ability to grow Mindcor into the reputable organisation that it is today.

Trevor Tropetrevor
Commercial Director

Trevor has been the Commercial Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Mindcor since 2007. He is responsible for overseeing and enabling the delivery of Mindcor’s bespoke services and solutions to our clients through the managing of the office support, financial, and maintenance departments. Trevor applies his years of experience to his business approach and is able to utilise these capabilities to provide strategic insight and direction to Mindcor’s daily operations. Whist fulfilling his various duties, Trevor also contributes to the development of the company through identifying and pursuing potential leads and business opportunities.

Zanele LuhabeZanele Luhabe
Managing Director: Consulting 

Zanele joined as the Managing Director of our consulting business after her company, Colegacy Business Group, was acquired by Mindcor in 2016. She has spent the last decade as a consultant in telecommunications, mining, finance, and as senior manager at two of the big five consulting firms in South Africa. She has also gained a great deal of exposure on Change, Journey, and Leadership Alignment for major IT Implementations based on Transformation Strategies. During her time as the CEO of Colegacy Business Group, she worked on a number of change and journey projects dealing with Organisational Design, Process Reengineering, and Future Retail Management. Zanele holds a degree in Psychology and Business Science, is a Certified Licenced Practioner for INSIGHTS Discovery, and has completed an Executive Development Programme from Wits Business School South Africa.

josefJosef Baiter
Group Financial Manager 

Josef assumed his Role as Group Financial Manager in 2015. He is responsible for overseeing the finances across the organisation. Josef is able to successfully perform his duties and meet his responsibilities by combining the capabilities that he has accumulated throughout his career as a financial professional. The skills and expertise that Josef brings to the table include financial reporting, auditing, budget planning, financial analysis, and forecasting.
